Did we drop the ball?

We are not like a dog with a bone with the formalities. Our primary focus is on the health of you and / or your animal. If a product you have purchased from Augustine Approved Pty Ltd is not working for you,, we urge you to get in touch; it might just be a matter of choosing something that better suits your needs. 

If there is a problem, we trust that we can work together to resolve the problem. We strive for positive feedback, harmonious relations and even some friendships. We will make every attempt possible to resolve the issue if we make a mistake and would always like to know if our service can be improved.

WHAT can be returned?
All unopened physical (non-digital) products purchased on the Augustine Approved online store can be returned for a full refund or exchange (minus shipping costs).

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
You can return items within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Opened returns and returns after 30 days are treated on a case-by-case basis.

Electrical items carry a 12-month replacement warranty.

SHIPPING for returns
We assess each return on a case-by-case basis and you may need to pay for shipping for a new delivery.

CREDIT for returns
If not seeking a refund, we may issue a discount coupon for your next purchase which carries a 3-month expiry date.

Packaging for returns
We would prefer if returns were in their original packaging.
